From Abroad to the Bay Area
Guests coming from abroad can fly to San Francisco International Airport (SFO), San Jose International Airport (SJC) and Oakland International Airport (OAK). In order to accomodate for possible flight delays or cancellations as well as jet lag, it is recommended that guests coming from Europe and Asia plan on arriving in the Bay Area by Thursday, July 21. Because Northern California is a very popular destination during Summer months, it is recommended that guests coming from abroad make reservations for plane tickets as early as possible. Guests with a valid and OCR-ready passport delivered by a country belonging to the European Union do not need a visa in order to visit the United States for touristic purposes.
